- Case and patient identifiers submitted through designated secure service portals.

Protected and clinical information
Do not send patient images or protected health information through the general contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Use only the designated Secure Upload, authorized Client Portal, or a private results link sent by RadStat3D. Clinical information is handled according to the applicable service agreement and access controls.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, contractual commitments, legal requirements, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate business records. RadStat3D uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, contractual, clinical-record, and security limitations. You may also opt out of nonessential marketing communications.
