FAQ
Answers before you begin.
Service, security, turnaround, and delivery information for imaging organizations.
01What services does RadStat3D provide?+
RadStat3D provides advanced CT and MRI post-processing, specialist visualization, managed overflow support, program development, workflow optimization, training, and carefully governed technology-assisted workflows. The exact scope is confirmed for each engagement.
02How do I submit a study?+
Authorized customers should use Secure Upload. Do not send patient images or protected health information through the general contact form, ordinary email, or WhatsApp.
03Which file formats can be submitted?+
Accepted inputs and outputs depend on the requested service. DICOM studies and packaged supporting material are handled through the designated workflow. Confirm unusual formats or delivery requirements before ordering.
04How quickly will my case be completed?+
Turnaround depends on service type, case complexity, completeness, volume, and the agreed coverage model. Your quotation or order confirmation will state the applicable expectation.
05How are completed results delivered?+
Authorized organization users retrieve completed work from Cases & Results in the Client Portal. One-time recipients use the private link provided in their results-ready email.
06Can RadStat3D provide a radiology diagnosis?+
RadStat3D’s post-processing and visualization services do not replace diagnostic interpretation or the clinical judgment of a qualified physician. The ordering organization remains responsible for appropriate clinical review and use.
07Can you support overflow or after-hours demand?+
Yes. Managed coverage can be scoped for recurring overflow, staffing gaps, nights, weekends, or multi-site operations, subject to agreed capacity and service levels.
08How do pricing and quotations work?+
Pricing depends on the service, complexity, expected volume, turnaround, and coverage arrangement. Use Order a Service or contact us for a tailored quotation.
09What if a result needs clarification or correction?+
Contact RadStat3D promptly with the case identifier and a description of the concern. Do not include protected information in an unsecured message. The team will route the issue through the appropriate review process.
